Top ten weight loss tips

When I tried to lose weight in 2004, I tried all sorts of diet pills, weight loss programs, and you name it; All with no success at all. Does this sound familiar to you? There is no need. Here is a list of the top ten Weight Loss Tips that I have learned from my own weight loss campaign 2004 and it is my strong conviction that they will help you plan your weight loss.


There is no compensation for working: If you are not going to work out, none of the pills, Diets or something will work for you. If you go on a diet without working, feel your body is a major problem and start saving your fat instead of burning it; this is one thing you absolutely must do to succeed in a weight loss plan. There is no quick and easy magic formula for weight reduction if you are not working. Know what your ideal weight: I know that we would all love to see printed as these sexy models but knowing your ideal weight is very important. Think of weight reduction as healthy and not become too narrow. The point is that you feel good about yourself not to make you unhealthy because you don't have enough fat/muscle to support yourself. Take these pictures: I know of them before images can be disappointing, but it is ok, at least they're staying motivated in hard to reach your goals. I also recommend using Photoshop to create a picture of yourself that you can put on your walls so you can focus on your goals and feel motivated. Know your limits: install a small calorie counter on your computer or are using a portable computer to keep track of your daily calories. You must plan your diet and know what you should and should not eat every day before you begin. Read these labels: yes I know, read these labels are boring, but you must do this if you want to stay on top and make sure you only consume what is right and healthy for you. Read on the: there are substitutes for almost everything. Read them and make sure you choose the most beneficial for you. Tell all: I know it sounds scary but tell everyone agrees you motivated and help you to stop time with your weight loss because all your friends will follow your progress. It adds a little bit of pressure that almost everyone seems to need, and in particular the procrastinators. Join online and offline Support Groups: it is really a good idea to talk with people who are doing the same thing. It will keep you motivated and also helps you to make a lot of good friends. So don't hesitate to join online and offline weight loss clubs. Drink lots of water: water is good for everyone and for all. Water also helps you to feature on your top which is what you need when you are working. Drink lots of water balances your body.
