Breakfast eaters are Thinner

You always have the science to eventually get around to point out the obvious.

A new study from Harvard School of Public Health reports on more than 5000 men over a period of 10 years analyzing statistical correlations between weight loss, weight gain and consumption of breakfast.

The results of the study show that not eating breakfast is directly related to the weight gain of approximately 10 pounds over a period of 10 years.

Men who ate breakfast regularly were much less likely to gain weight than men who did not during the same period.

What this study points to is simply the power to increase Thermogenesis through more frequent meals.

Rule of Thumb: eat breakfast and weight loss go together.
